Yes, Castro had apparently been a longtime fan but wasn't allowed to speak out about it until the embargo was lifted. Apparently his favorite song was "Party In The CIA"!

And another one for the Al Pal/Hamilton file: Taran Killam's joining the cast next month

So this isn't exactly new news, but it looks like another Hamilton Mixtape is in the works. Hopefully we'll get an Al cover on there. Although a Hamilton polka medley would be amazing, too.

I would be devastated if neither of these happen. Al said that he probably wouldn't do Polkas again, because it is so much paperwork, but this is a one stop shop. Lin asks him to do it, automatic permission for all the songs, he writes and records it, BOOM, Hamilton polka. Also, it was mentioned previously on this forum that he would do well with "You'll Be Back", so honestly, I'd be happy with either.

I think he was still going to do polkas live, just not recording them.

But yeah he better be on that second mixtape, or I will write a strongly worded tweet to Lin.
