Maybe that's what the song means. He can't drive 55 because it's a residential area and it'd be unsafe.

Once, I visited a show where I sat next to the drummer who's in the same band as the guitar, bass and keyboard player of Weird Al Yankovic. I know, it's hard to believe.. but it's true!

Ok, something less obvious. The soundengineer of my band knows the guy who did the sound of John Fogerty in his 2010 European tour!
