Someone at work has the same exact ring style on their cell phone as the ring style Al uses before ACS in concert.

If I'm not mistaken, that ring is the default Nokia ringtone... I used to hear that all the time on the buses at Rutgers.

When I heard it, I thought somebody's phone in the audience was going off, and I was wondering when/if Al would say/do anything. Then, he pulled it out of his pocket, and I realized it was Al's phone. And yes, it was the default Nokia tone. My phone has it, but I don't use it.
Hmmm...something's gone horribly awry here...

I knew it was Al's cell the first time I heard it. I wasn't surprised because it was pulled as a gag on us at AlCon 3. Bermuda's cell suddenly went off (many of us wondering who would call him NOW of all times,) and Bermuda told us that it was Al from the front row who wanted to come up on stage right then.

I went out tonight to get something to eat & couldn't finish it, so they boxed up the leftovers and I headed home. Poodle Hat in the CD player... so "Complicated Song" started playing while I was taking the pizza home. Gee, thanks, Al!
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

Well, yeah, there was the gag at AlCon, but Bermuda's cell had "Pico and Sepulveda" playing on it. hehe!

4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

*impressed Patti remembers the specific cell phone ring* All cell phone rings sound alike to me almost.

On second thought, if that tone is good enough for AL...*runs for her phone to change the ring*
