I can't believe Al is finally coming back to Dallas! The closest he's been for over ten years has been Grand Prairie, which always included an annoying 30+ minute (usually 45; thanks traffic!) drive. This venue is a healthy 20 minute drive and looks AWESOME.
Gonna have to go to this one.

Just grabbed a front row seat in the right orchestra section! Gonna check out the Mandatory Czar thing for the first time.

This concert coincided with another trip Jackie had planned and was going to be in Dallas anyway that day, so we're going! Will be sitting with friends that live in Dallas.

I was finally able to get tickets for my husband and I this morning. We'll be in the front row of the mezzanine on the right side. Yay!

I got my ticket yesterday, and Songkick just sent me an email saying my ticket was dispatched. Is this like that thing were there are actually two separate packages, with the other being for VIP stuff? I remember that from the Alpocalypse tour, but at the same time, I didn't think I there was anything to mail me for the Czar package aside from the ticket.
Or is it just a late email? I just found it weird because it literally said the ticket was mailed today, and that's obviously not true of the ticket. Perhaps these questions would be best asked somewhere else... I'm confused.

I wish I knew......I didn't get the Czar package, so I just had my tickets emailed to me. Hopefully someone here might be able to help you out with the answer!

Well, I got the email about the Czar stuff today. Basically it just tells you where/when to go and gives you the gist of what they offer.
Anyway, I bought my ticket back in February, and since then, I got a job working overnight security. I found out I'd be working on Saturday, but I just confirmed today that someone was covering my shift; that was close! Hope to see a couple of faces while I'm there! There's a costume contest, so there's a slight chance I'll be dressed up in some way... but I have no idea in what.
