It's the civic. There are no "nosebleed" seats. I have sat in the top balcony, very last row for a few different shows. There really aren't any bad seats.

Anyone ever see him at this venue? Or go to this venue for another show? Where do the buses park? Is there a chance to meet the band out back?

The busses will be parked behind the venue on the street that runs adjacent to the venue. (Bowery) Last time he played the Civic he did autographs there. It's generally just blocked by sawhorses, no fencing. Obviously there's no guarantee of meeting Al / the band at any venue.
