I was going to guess that someone, maybe you, were taking a picture with him and mistakenly knocked his head off. Great review, they are always fun to read.
If I recall correctly...I handed off a flash drive of photos to Jon that night, causing some of the folks we were hanging with to wonder. Still hoping some of those get used...somewhere.
