ill be at both shows at foxwoods. 1 i have the meet & greet with 1st row and the 4 pm show i have 4th row. i hope to see a lot of you there.

I sold my 2 tickets, so they're gone. I have Meet and Greet for the second show, so depending on what time that starts, I'll probably head up early to shop at the new outlet mall they just opened at Foxwoods and perhaps play some blackjack, even though I hate gambling at Foxwoods, their table selection is much worse than Mohegan Sun.

Isn't the meet and greet after the concert? The VIP pre-show party, with the costume contest and exclusive merchandise, is before the concert.

Yeah, that's what I mean, I have the Czar package for the second show, so party first, meet and greet second. Also, no chance for a meet and greet at Foxwoods for anyone else, they have restricted parking where the tour bus will be parked, so unless you catch the guys walking through the Casino before or between shows, you're outta luck here.

I tried contacting Crowdsurge to find out the timeline for the concerts, VIP package pre-show parties, and meet and greets to see if they would overlap at all. The response I got was that VIP Instructions will be e-mailed 24 hours prior to show. Big help that is if you don't have VIP for both shows.

Well that's great as long as you don't have to plan a work schedule, or arrange transportation ahead of time, etc.

This was my same problem, I had 2 tickets for the 4PM show and VIP for 8pm, and based on what has been reported here, it sounds like the pre show party starts an hour or two before the show, so it seems inevitable that there'd be an overlap, plus the second person I was going with can't make it, so it just made sense for me to sell my 4PM tickets

they are clearly overlapping as the pre show party for the 8 pm show starts while the 1st show is going on. i got my emails and im not thrilled about this. for this type of money they had no business misleading the public like this.

Those in charge of booking/planning the additional show may say that they didn't realize that some people would to go to both shows on the same day, but that's a poor excuse. The time of the pre-show party should have been available BEFORE people bought their tickets, so they could make their plans accordingly. Instead, VIP ticket holders were basically told: you're invited to a party, but we're not going to tell you where or when it is until a couple days before the concert. Do they realize that people need to know this information because they might be working that day, or have to arrange for child care, or OMG they might go to BOTH shows?
I don't have VIP for this show, but I do in August, and it is frustrating not knowing what time the pre-show party is.
