Another Mississippi date! Hopefully my Aunt Carolyn will be able to make one of these. She's a professor in Mississippi, and she also went to college with Ruben Valtierra! It was cool to find out about that connection last tour!

Also, Jerry Lawler's museum is in this casino!

I'll be headed to this one. Been waiting for him to come to Mississippi forever. Last time he came was the Poodle Hat tour and I missed that. Where is your aunt a professor at allnite?

Wow. Just wow. What an amazing day and night!!! My wife and I checked into our hotel and got settled in. We were going to meet my sister and brother in law at the buffet there at the casino. My wife and I were walking and what do you know...Steve Jay passed us as we were walking to the buffet into the buffet! I couldn't believe it. We paid for our food and went into the buffet area. Steve was getting some pizza and I stopped him and shook his hand. I asked him if the whole band was already there and he said they were doing sound check. I then mentioned that I knew he was trying to eat but could I please get a picture with him. He said he didn't mind at all. I then went to check the v.i.p. booth since I had a ticket. It was on the second floor. As I got off of the elevator and headed towards the area where the v.i.p. section was, weird al music blared from the speakers in the hall. It was so great. I went into the v.i.p. rooms and looked around. Not sure what all I can say about it but I know some stuff was already mentioned like the wheel of fish being revealed and a number of other things. As I waited for the v.i.p. Event to start, I stood in the hall and Rubin walked by!! I said "Hey Rubin! He was surprised and asked me what my name was". Not too long after I saw Al walking down the hall!!! He went into some kind of special club room that saw out into the stage. As I went back into the v.i.p. Room, the dance contest was going on and the drawing for a raffle. I then had to make a phone call and walked down the hall and walked towards the gym there at the hotel and Rubin was inside working out. He came out and I asked him if Al was going to be at the bus after the show, he said yes Al always does meet and greets there at the show and he walked off. It was then about 7:00. I met with my sister and brother in law at the merchandise table and I stocked up on some goods. We then went to our seats. The seats were very snug. Not enough elbow room really but that would be the only complaint. After a while, fun zone started and then the intro. What an insane intro of clips of insanity. I loved it. Al then came on the screen and was out in the hotel lobby singing tacky. It was great watching him sing to people walking by and the shocked looks they had on their face. He then came in the building and everyone went crazy. What an amazing concert. This was my first time seeing him and he delivered and was amazing as everyone has said. He went through the same set list as the concerts before. WBUL was so great live. Someone actually slapped his butt as he hovered over them singing to another lady. He didn't even seem phased by it. The whole thing did not leave me disappointed. My sister and brother in law and I then went to the bus. It was a little after 10 now and there were 20 people lined up. Jim came out and put some stuff on the bus and came back out and went into the casino. It wasn't long until it started lightning and pouring down rain. Everyone drifted towards a dry spot and waited. The rain had stopped and now it was 11:30. We waited and some people had left. I told my sister and brother in law to do the same. I'd say it was now down to 15 people. 12:00 came and no sign of Al. A sound guy who was really rude came out and said you're wasting your time the bus isn't leaving until 3 or 4. Some people left but I stayed on. It was now 5 people. Bermuda came out and got on the bus. He mentioned it would be 1:30 when everyone had to come back to the bus. 12:30 came and one other guy left. It was now 3 other people and I. 1:00 came and Rubin came out. He said "man ya'll are still waiting?" "You guys are awesome" he went into the tour bus and came out and went back into the casino. He came back out and I asked if he had heard from Al. He said no but they all had to leave at 1:30 so he should be soon. It was now 2 other people and I. Steve came out and I shook and his hand again and told him it was a great show. He said he really appreciated it and he got on the bus. I looked towards the doors of the hotel of the casino looking for Al. It was now 1:25...and I saw Al walking in the building with a security guard coming towards the bus!!!! I stood there as he came up. I asked him if I could get his autograph and he signed my copy of Peter and the Wolf and UHF blu ray. I said I wasn't sure what CD cover to get him to sign but he said the one I chose was a good choice. I told him he was my hero and I have always literally dreamt of meeting him. He took a picture with me. And then took one with the other people. He seemed like he was in a hurry and tired which was to be expected. He waved at us as he got onto the bus and said good night! I couldn't believe I actually got to meet him. And still can't. How do I post a pic? I would like to include it if I could.

SPOILER ALERT!

I have seen all the tv show appearances featured on the clips that were played except the one where Al is some kind of super hero flying in the sky and the one with Patton Oswalt as some kind of wizard. What was that taken from??

Patton Oswalt as a wizard sounds like it's from 5 Second Films.

Sounds like a great time! Can't believe you staked out the bus that long...!
The superhero clip you're asking about, if I'm thinking of the right one, is from Johnny Bravo.

Man I'm a die hard Weird Al fan. I would have waited until 4 if I had to. It is actually Aquabats. I had forgotten about him appearing on there. Although they did show the Johnny Bravo clip. I remember watching that episode when it premiered just because Al was going to be on there.

I'm happy for you man! It feels truly great when you finally get to meet Al for the first time. Even better when you meet him last after the other guys and your not so sure its actually gonna happen but it finally does. Good job, persistence is key! Respect the dedication.

I'm pretty sure the Patton Oswalt clip you're referring to was produced by 5 Second Films. I saw it on the bootleg YouTube clip of the first 33min of the 5/19 show and it pretty much reeked of their comedic timing and production value.

Speaking of which, does anyone know where the cartoon clip of Al appearing at a concert "without a face" might have come from? Was it from that Gravity Falls show I keep hearing about?
