Okay, it's a normal announcement in General Chat. Shame that Global Announcements don't stay unread until you click on them, I'll have to remember that. We're (mods) still learning what the new software can and can't do, so it will be a bit of a trial and error for a while.

The nomination process isn't a single-moment thing. It'll start on Sunday, but will continue (even with the initial categories) for a while.

Nominations will start tomorrow and will be ongoing for a couple of weeks. The actual award ceremony will likely be held on a Sunday night, but I'll gladly work around what's best for the most people.

When you say "hold the ceremony", is it a live video broadcast or some chatroom dealy?

I believe they've always been held in the main WOWAY Awards thread. The last one was.

The location is the Kodak Theater in Hollywood, CA. Black tie only.

We had one awards two times ago where a chatroom was set up on the side for discussion, but the actual ceremony happened in the thread.
