To make this easier, can the parodists post a list of what is eligable from them? It'd clear up a lot of problems. This is what you have done from March 1st on.

A few people asked me to clear up a few of the rules (why Driew can't, I don't know 
). First off, nominate as many times as you want, but be reasonable. If we see someone nominating every freakin' song that's been recorded since the last Awards, we will promptly slap you. As long as you're being reasonable, though, your nominations will count! Also, you can second as many things as you'd like. If this becomes a problem, we'll set a limit.
And as for the rules for Best Newbie. Why ask?! That catergory isn't even open yet!!
And no, Driew is not eligable for Best Fan Parody. That would be Worst Parody Fan
