The only people who can't view every forum are non-registered members, who, I believe, cannot see Announcements. Otherwise, everyone sees the exact same thing as far as I know. And maybe the mods can see a little something more.

You know, you're right. It's not the topic. Paypal is safe. If sailorsilver wants to donate through Paypal, she should feel free to do so. No need to try and discourage her, or anyone else from donating.
