AWESOME ENDING. I can officially say (with several others) that I have been part of a video series with Weird Al AND Bermuda! Congrats to everyone!

Even though I had absolutely no dog in this fight (as far as nominations were concerned at least), I was still hooked. What a blast to watch -- I got to put faces/voices to so many of the names and avatars here, and I'm just in awe of (but not really surprised by) the incredible wit and creativity of all involved. Especially Alicia, who didn't just set the hosting bar high, she launched it into the stratosphere!

And then AL popped up! How incredibly gracious of him to do that. Echoing thanks to Bermuda for helping make that happen.

I'm sad it's over!

Well, those were some WOWAY Awards! Great job by everyone involved! It may be another 4 or 5 years until another one since Alicia did indeed set the bar pretty darn high!

Congratulations to The Naked Gun trilogy, TMBJon, Kristine, Minor Celebrities and TMBJon (again), Bermuda, Bermuda (again), Patti, and Bermuda (AGAIN!)! Also, excellent music video Alicia! Losing the mustache made me laugh, but also appropriate half the video was sans mustache as half of Al's career was too!

Now, for the surprise presenter, excellent! I suspected something might be up, but I loved the surprise! What a good sport Al and Bermuda were for playing along, and on laundry day too!

Looks like Bermuda was the big winner this time, but everyone who was nominated or presented deserves congratulations in my book too. The forum has been around 14 1/2 years, and everyone who has posted has had an impact on this site, and for that I am glad that every once in a while, we get to recognize the people and events that make this place feel like family. I'm happy to see that in our biggest WOWAY Awards ceremony ever, we had such diverse categories, nominees, winners, and presenters.

Thanks to everyone who voted for me in all categories I was nominated for. I won one Award -- Best Al Man (+18 Division) -- and kept my streak alive, so and thank you again for thinking so highly of me!

I'd also like to thank Ailcia for going above and beyond hosting the show. I know how much works she put in producing the show. One episode alone was impressive enough, and she put together 16(!) awesome and extremely-entertaining ones! That deserves a standing ovation.

Yes, it was an awesome show. Honestly, I left with a much larger sense of community than I already had. The whole thing just made me happy to be a part of the community.

Alicia, I think you've got a nice project to list on a virtual resumé!

And a huge, huge THANK YOU to our host, Alicia, for this massive undertaking. Even though it took a long time for the show to finally come together, it's totally obvious that it was well worth the time and effort you spent. Having hosted the show five years ago, I know that this project took even more work than meets the eye, and the final product clearly speaks for itself. Some said at the time that my show could never be topped, but it is apparent that you've done so. Mazel Tov, Alicia! Unless Al and Bermuda want to host the next one (a genuine offer btw!), I think you'll hold the title of Best Host for quite some time.
