After seeing the video I wondered if Al directed this and/or if it really was done in one continuous take. And in the description it confirms that it was shot in one long continuous take.

Well, we already have known for a while that that it was done in one take and he directed it, and I posted that video over a month ago!

Oh man, Some of the comments on that video made me cringe. I noticed he sounds different here I know it's old but still he sounds tired. Poor guy

I think he just hadn't gotten a chance to practice singing it enough, and I also wonder if he had trouble hearing the band from backstage. I think his upcoming performance on Craig Ferguson's show should be a lot better.

I just got the "That's what Kanye West keeps telling me" line. I thought it was saying that Kanye drops a lot of names, so the fact that he thinks Al drops names constantly really is saying something.

I had to look up what name dropping was, but then it was obvious.
Now I remembered to finally look up what "pixie sticks" and "monsoon" are. Still don't get the latter - if monsoon is a wind, how can you be in a middle of it...?
