Can anyone tell what the Instagram pic says above the autograph?

Seems to be based on this. It's the closest I could find to that image.





Previously, I had predicted that one of these crowd shots would be used for the band pic. Now I wonder what the band pic will be.

The ballcap one next to the newest one. There is some writing on the side with an autograph.

It was most likely based off of this picture (a smaller version of what Bruce posted) because some of the citizens are VERY similar in appearance on Al's picture

Also, assuming the instagram photo contains the same text on the wall (other than the signature) as the original, the text should read "I have thus painted myself. I was 26 years old."

Aside from the fact that iTunes misspelled Al's name, what do you guys think of that image? It's got to be from the album artwork. But how does it fit in with the propaganda theme?
