Saw this on Wal-Mart's preorder of Mandatory Fun:

Pre-Order Mandatory Fun, by Weird Al Yankovic today and receive a Bonus Autographed Booklet. While supplies last; limit one per customer. Does not apply to cancelled orders.

I broke down and pre-ordered it from Wal-Mart. I still have my Amazon pre-order, but I'm keeping it because I'm a Prime member and get free two-day shipping. I guess I'm buying the album at least twice.

Hadn't preordered yet, but I went ahead and purchased it from WalMart. Wish I knew if the booklet was an "exclusive" booklet, or the same that is inside the album, don't care about the autograph, but I'm a sucker for exclusives.

It's referred to as a "Bonus" booklet, but I suppose the bonus could be the autograph. I'm with you on the autograph being meaningless, as I already have multiple Al autographs. I really hope this is an exclusive booklet. I wish we could find out, because I think I'll probably cancel the Wal-Mart pre-order if it's just the booklet that comes with the album.

I'm not a huge Walmart fan, but I am a fan of a (potentially) exclusive booklet w/ Al's autograph. Canceled my Amazon order and went with Wal. Thanks for the tip!

I've gotten a few deals like this in the last few years. I'm positive it's going to be a sealed copy of Mandatory Fun, plus an extra copy of its booklet which is autographed by Al. Not worth canceling my preorder for that. Especially because I'll probably get the booklet signed in person sometime...

I always go for getting the vinyl cover signed, so I think I will pass on this

My big qualm with this is "while supplies last." I'm sticking with Amazon and my release-date delivery.
