Some speculation based on the song titles.
Handy - Probably Al dressed as a handyman. Tool belt, vest, maybe smudge some oil on his face.
Foils - Al wrapped in aluminum foil. Or maybe just wearing an aluminum foil hat
Sports Song - Al dressed as a conductor of a marching band. Or maybe a football player.

Seems to me that it'd be much more likely for him to be dressed as Lorde. All black, maybe with lace sleeves. (The Germs costume, essentially)

NOW That's What I Call Polka - Al in a Hawaiian shirt, playing accordion. Stab in the dark, but it's still a possibility.
