I realize I should just file this type of comment in the "standard Killingsworth nonsense" bin, but I feel like I must ask: For what
possible reason would a shirtless "Weird Al" Yankovic warrant an 18+ restriction?!?!?
I'd say that was another post where I felt it could be clarified more and then added enough to it that I inadvertently forgot what my orignal point was...but then absent mindedly posted it too fast without really thinking anyway. Let's get off this because I want to bring up something different now.
I think Al's own slightly self conscious body image might prevent him from appearing shirtless more than very briefly in anything (now, if you REALLY want to know what I'm actually talking about here, I refer you back to
Al's response to my second Reddit AMA question and his SOL Dr. Demento interview) but in general, I can't recall a time where I've seen a clip or a photo of anything where a performer has appeared shirtless at a concert where all ages were present. Beiber could be the only exception to this rule I can think of but I don't know if he did this for sure. Still, it could theoreticaly happen somewhere and I concede Jon's point that the content of a performer's actual act would obviously warrant a legit age restriction more than the absence of a shirt.

Now if Al actually did THIS, then I would be more supportive of his shirtlessness in concerts!.
