World of Weird Al Yankovic

So, here's a question...do you think Al will start playing "Perform This Way" in concert at the beginning of the tour, or wait until the album comes out?

Personally, I predict he'll start performing it immediately, towards the end of the show between "Amish Paradise" and "White & Nerdy," and to make room for it he'll jettison either "Skipper Dan," "Dare To Be Stupid" or "Let Me Be Your Hog"/"Canadian Idiot." But that's just my personal prediction; what's yours?

Whatever the case, I can't wait to see pics of the costume.

I don't think he will toss out Skipper Dan. DTBS was probably te place holder he built in, remember people thought it odd that it was brought back.

I think it will take the place of You're Pitiful in the set time. I think it will be placed in the show closers at the end probably between W&N and Fat.

Do you think he has time to put together a new Gaga-inspired costume in time for the spring shows?
Or maybe he already had one in the works because he was expecting her to approve the song...

I'm sure he's had an idea and can put something together.

Well it's probably safe to assume that, now that the drama is behind him, Al can start working on the music video now. And once that's done, I assume a tour-appropriate version of the costume will be made. He has a month until the first show of the tour. Seems reasonable that the costume would be ready by then.

Yeah it wouldn't take long to make a costume, he does have connections. Taking out Dare To Be Stupid would be the stupidest thing ever, and a crying shame because that album is excluded enough as it is. The only place it should have is replacing You're Pitiful, could go without that one. Canadian Idiot and Let Me Be Your Hog should NOT BE REMOVED, they rule way too much!!

According to Suzanne's latest tweet, Al is on the hunt for a human-sized egg...

He won't change anything until the release of the single, I hope. It's already been ruined enough for me by now.

I'm kinda betting that if Al can prepare for the live performance for PTW he'll play it by the first day of the tour.

It's been leaked by Al himself, which leads me to believe that there's going to be a decent amount of fans looking forward to seeing the song live.

On another note, I thought from the beginning Al would take out "Skipper Dan" to make more room for the new parodies. The setlist is already overcrowded by originals, and even though it was a nice performance it just seems like it would be better lost than say, "Dare To Be Stupid."
