No, I'm pretty sure it was just short for "Alaska/Canada."
It was the first time Al played outside the US and they apparently wanted to market it as such.
Al had played a few Toronto dates previously, but '95 was their first EXTENSIVE Canadian tour, to capitalize on the double platinum success of Alapalooza up there, not to mention the attention "Headline News" was getting as Al's first parody single of a Canadian band. MuchMusic even gave him a camcorder to
document all the madness. It was also the first time they'd ever played Alaska, who were pretty much glad ANYONE was playing up there.
