This is my list of remaining questions:

1) What other songs are in the polka?
2) Is there a given name to this polka yet?
3) What happened to the "maaaybe" new material? And the Party In The USA parody?
4) Will we be treated to any of the newly recorded songs this tour?
5) What songs on this list will be subbed out tomorrow night, and what will be in their place?
6) Which clips are being played in between that Minnick did not mention?
7) What are the new intros/subtle differences in the between-song banter?
8. Photos of the new costumes, specifically Skipper Dan, Craigslist, and Wanna B Ur Lovr.

Everything Jon said... plus will Al mix up encores?

This is essentially the first tour I can think of where Al has had 2 viable pre-performed encores to choose from. Also is there a chance we might see him do 2 encores in one show? (I believe this happened for the one new mexico show in 99', and maybe a few other occasions)

New material = New polka.

Good to see DTBS, OTAS and FTITV are in the show. Also very glad that WYL is only in the medley.
Sever your leg, please. It's the greatest day.

Setlist will be different each night. There are several spots where they'll swap out songs.

1. Polkaface, Justin Beiber, Lady Gaga. I recognized a few, but sorry, I'm gonna have to defer to someone else. I'm not up on current music, I didn't know most of them.
2. Forgot to ask, but my best guess is Polkaface since it started and ended with that.
3. Unlikely. Bermuda didn't say anything about new songs. only old songs they haven't played ever.'
4. See 3.
5. Will let you know tomorrow. Frank's, YDLMA, DTBS seem like the most logicals ones to me.
6. I wrote them down. Missed a few, didn't know a few others, so it's incomplete. Al padded the video segments though, so he's cut it down.
7. Nothing really. Though the intro to W&N is cool, comes in right off a video clip.
8. Working on it!

There will be one swap-out, just like Why/Bob from before. To my knowledge, at least. But I guess now it's two?

Is "Polkaface" the official name? That's awesome. I only knew it as "new polka".

Wow very exhaustive! Thanks, Jeremy!!

Seems like he really went in the right direction there at first glance. I know almost all of the songs here by title, not all of them but that's my fault not Al's. Can't wait to hear some of these in polka form, especially Poker Face Tik Tok and Down.
