Hey, my husband is determined to drag my son and I over to England next summer. We both hate to fly like you. I'm sure your doctor would prescribe something and you should look at relaxation exercises or self hypnosis. That's how I get through it.

I also take small bottles of wine with me.

I hear I can't do that now.

It also helps to talk to chatty people. Makes time go by quicker.

And, of course, my secret weapon- Jim West's albums. VERY relaxing and pleasant.
They better let me take an ipod or walkman by then.

You can see my arms at the beginning when Al first walks out... lol. I shot my video by holding arms straight up above my head (im short, remember?), pointing the LCD down towards me.
