The First Tours?

Yes, Al did play a lot of keys during early concerts. There was no Rubén back then. What impressed me most was when he was playing a song on the keys, and went underneath the keyboard, still keeping one hand up there and playing. hehe!

ETA: The song was Buy Me a Condo, btw!

That's from the 7/26/85 tape. Right, Jared??

Yes you're right.

And Al did have a keyboard player, though. He had 3-4 keyboards!

Maybe one other keyboard. I don't remember more than two. But, I could be wrong again.

Anyway, he did cover a lot of keys. Btw, I never said there wasn't another keyboardist, just no Rubén.

Extra band members for the Stupid Tour:

Bill Anderson *listed as Will in the Archives, Bill in a photo* ~ sax, guitar, trumpet, harmonica, vocals

Pat Regan ~ keyboards.

That's it. Not exactly an orchestra.

Although Bill could almost be a band all by himself.

Yes, it was. Hehe, he's practically laying on the stage floor, and he's still got an arm stretched up to the keyboard playing.

Huh, I just now realized how difficult that must have been. Only a man with talent can do it though.
