10 dvds? Do tell, in a PM of course. ;)

I have Al on tour with Dr. Demento on tape as well. He's wearing the famous velvet pants, and his hair looks longer than it did in any of the other concerts I have from the '80's. This was from '83, I think. He also wears the very tight ILRR leather outfit later on, near the end of the show. :9~
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

And actually, if you wanna get technical about it, Al was also on tour with Dr. Demento for Tour of the Universe in 1984.

So you have 2 videos of Al on tour with the doc.

-Jared; who is hoping this bootleg talk isnt making the mods frown too much...

Driew, just to bring up something that should have been brought up in here, I just watched my Stupid tour bootleg, and not once did I see a back-up singer on stage. There were six people: Al, Jon, Steve, Jim, Pat Regan and Bill Anderson. The guys in the band sang back-up for that show. The show at the Starlight Amphitheatre dutring Al's Tour of the Universe did have back-up singers. Al introduced them during that show. Andrea Robinson, Pattie Brooks, Yvette Marie, and joining them for Mr. Popeil, Lisa Popeil. I think if there had been back-up singers on the Stupid tour, he would have introduced them. Besides, no one is credited for singing back-up on the Player's list for that tour.

Okay, I'll get you a screen grab of the thing in question. Maybe I'm wrong, who knows. :)

Hmm, ok. I've had my bootleg for a number of years, and not once have I ever seen any back-up singers for any songs on it. There is no curtain behnd Al. There is the obligatory big screen, though. Maybe some images on that threw you off.
