Yes, with the Czar package you get some personal time. Not much, but it's not sign and move

So he is still doing the bus meet & greets, at least on some occasions, in addition to the Czar package meet & greet he is obligated to?

I just got tickets for Houston but you couldn't spring for the Czar package. I'm hoping to get to say a quick hello or have something signed after the show, though I feel that sticking around for a paid post-show M&G and then meeting fans by the bus might be a little much to ask.

He does still do bus meet and greets, but my sense is that he hasn't been doing them *quite* as often as he used to, and they are way more rushed than they used to be. You walk up, hand the security guy the thing you want signed, Al signs it, and you're off. No photos.
