If you want to choose your own seat and get your tickets in hand in a week or two, buy the tickets directly from the venue when they go on sale to the general public on Friday.
It looks like a small theatre, so I bet any seat is pretty good.
Hi Jacinta
So am I right? Was it you ordering tickets over the phone today? I was standing there when I overheard a certain city in NH mentioned and I smiled thinking I know who's coming to Keene!
You are right about the Colonial Theatre, it is a smaller venue, similar to the ones in Vermont last fall. Should be a great show!
It will be nice to see you again.

So, you can order them over the phone? Yahoo!
I'll look into it ASAP.

can't wait to meet you there!
Yes you can order over the phone. I went in person because I live here, but you can call for tickets. You just have to wait for the general public sale (22nd) if you aren't a member. It's an awesome theatre and I suggest you become a member too and buy tickets today!
FYI there is a $3.00 convenience fee per ticket for online and phone orders. If you buy the tickets right at the theatre, you don't pay the convenience fee.
Normally the venue will hold the tickets for you at the will call window, and you pick them up right before the show.
Just tell them when you call that you want the tickets mailed to you, and they will send them via US mail at no charge.

it's been doing this since last night, so is the site just busy or they dont go online until 10AM like with the presale on the 19th?

The tickets were not available online last night from the theater; they went on sale to the general public today (February 22). The theater box office opens at 12:00 pm, so I wouldn't be surprised if you got error messages if you tried to purchase tickets before that time.
