The choral vocals on "Amish Paradise" are definitely backing tracks -- it looks like Kimo handles a sequencer on that song since there's no guitar part -- and I think some of the BGVs on "eBay" as well. Does he use backing tracks/lip sync anywhere else in his current set?

It doesn't matter what you consider it. If you asked Weird Al if it's part of the medley, he'd say it is, and it will reflect that when the set list is posted after the tour on the touring page. Als opinion is or word is canon on this site.
