Nah, it's not circulating. But according to the updated Unreleased Songs list on Demented Discographies, a snippet of it has been played on Dr D's, so technically it SHOULD be circulating...
Incidentally, a LOT of the songs on that list were played on Dr. D's. Why don't we have them??? We should have extra Frump demos and stuff...
