Which "Dr D Basement Tape" is the "YODA" demo on?

I want to try to hunt down that CD on eBay or wherever. (If someone has one to sell, I'm interested).

I never have any luck trying to donwload stuff, so I'm just looking for a hard copy CD of that one.

No, I still want to know what this song is. Where and when it was recorded. How you guys seem to have found it. Where I can listen to it.
