"The Boys In The Band", an acronym I never understood as it's actually more letters than "band" 8)

Yeah, really, why didn't you just say 'band?'

Um, because you still kinda have to say "the band", which is more letters, and because I like the acronym. Leave me alone, will ya? Either that, or get with the WOWAY acronym program.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

I assume you're talking about this, algonacchick? I'm sorry...I didn't even know about that thread; I thought "TBITB" was just something you made up. I don't remember seeing it before.

Sorry again. :)

Yes, that is what I was talking about. Thanks for the apology.

Anyway, I know of at least one person who was at the Albuquerque show, but I don't recall who it is. I'd love to know whether or not Inna Gadda Da Vida was indeed played, and how much of it was played.

I'm sure Marty was at the show, there was a review up for it on Aloholics Anonymous, but I can't seem to get the news archieve search to work to find it to see how much was played.

Yeah, ok, but there was someone else as well. Anyway, I'd love either of them to confirm this whole song thing.

This song reminds me of "The Slicer" episode of Seinfeld...when Elaine's trying to drown out the sound of the cat meowing by blarring the radio. This song and Foghat's "Slow Ride." :D

Didn't Al say before he played In A Gadda Da Vida, "Now I'm going to play the longest song I know", or something along those lines? So that would mean he played the entire song, right? Man, I sure wish I could have seen Bermuda on that drum solo!
