...I can't think about avocados without silently singing "Avocado" in my head. What are everyone else's thoughts about this brief parody snippet?

That one interview where he sings it and then bites an avocado made me wonder wether he acually eats unpeeled avocados . I'm guessing not

Considering he's a vegan who lives in southern California, I am certain he does eat avacados.

When I first heard this in the 1984 food medley, I was fascinated by the idea of Al parodying the Eagles.

I am more surprised over the fact that Al revisited Avocado, nearly thirty years after performing it in his food medley, and this is probably the closest thing to how it would've sounded like, were it on an album.

it should have been. Either way it is mad genius.

avocadoes are one of the most overrated foods in the world, so I love a couple of the lines. this is why I hate the music forum, never even saw that that link was posted. very cool snippet.

This song reminds me of the live song "Everyone Has Cellphones, Get Real" song.
