Why, that's my very primitive scan of the 45 sleeve!

Actually, I'm pretty sure there's already been a post from a while back showing the original "King of Pain" single cover, which this was parodying.

It almost looks like a reflection of the camera used to take that picture; notice the shape of the white blotch in the corner of his left eye (it would be on our right side, btw). It's kindof umbrella shaped, like the things they use when they take your school picture, or at walmart or something. What's that umbrella shaped thing called? I know it guides the light so your picture doesnt turn out dark, but what is it called?

Just an observation, and a dumb photography question.
Surely isn't the reflection of the camara that is used there , because of the angle of his head.

But I don't know what it really is ??

moap, if you look through all the posts in this topic, you will see a pic of Sting looking very much the same as Al does on that 45 sleeve. I like that pic of Al!

4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

Must've been a cheap single picture shoot. Whatever.

My dad had a Police cassette which had a cover like the one on the King of Suede record.
And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes
I'll see you on the Dark Side Of The Moon .

Even if it isnt the camera, it still makes me wonder, what is the reflection?
