How rare is this and what does it sell for?
Was Mark Mothersbaugh really that butthurt this was the best Devo song that Devo never wrote?

I think the answer to your questions are:
1) probably pretty rare, but you could check ebay to see the value
2) probably not really that upset, he was just making a lighthearted statement which VH1 played with little to no context.
I couldn't tell a dirt clod from a plate of caviar.
