This is an awesome song, as is Cable TV itself and No, I havent seen Porky's 27 times this week. This song explains what can be done with all mighty Cable TV! :Y

I think this is one of Al's best TV songs.

This song came up in my iTunes today--the first I had heard it since I saw it mentioned as a possible Randy Newman style parody. Now that someone pointed it out, it certainly seems like Al is trying to imitate Randy's voice.

It doesn't sound like Randy Newman at all to me. Sounds like Al doing Al but I agree it is one of the best TV songs.
What a racket they're makin', Jack, they keep me up at night playin' their electric guitars!!

It's a decent song of his. I don't think there is anything terribly unique about this song that makes it special. I give it 3 out of 5 stars.

Well, nobody can sing about forgetting the rest of the world with your cable TV than Al. I don't know if that is terribly unique but damn, what a great, clever and catchy tune.

It's really funny how dated this song's become. "83 channels of ecstasy." Now that's nothing...

Too bad Al didn’t bring this out for the Vanity Tour. It’s so hilariously dated that it works again!

Yeah, it really seems bare with only One More Minute being done from Dare To Be Stupid. Love Cable TV and Slime Creatures!
