This song didn't have a topic, so I thought I'd give it one. :D

For a time in the 8th grade, this was one of my favorite Al songs, and I still think this is a hilarious song. (I'm listening to it right now.) Yet another gem from the underrated Polka Party! album, if you ask me. This is the "Why Does This Always Happen To Me?" of Polka Party!

I actually took the concept of this song and turned into a 10-page story called "Buildum's Bad Luck Bonanza," about a guy named Bob Buildum with ridiculously, gut-bustingly hilarious bad luck. Childish thought it was (and is), I still love it.

Good to hear, but ten pages is far too many to read. That's basically a novel for me.

I agree. This song is very underrated. In fact, it's one of the songs I still laugh at the most. I love the line, "A 747 just crashed into my den, and there's nothing but tater tots for dinner again."

Definitely a favorite. One of the reasons Polka Party is way up on my list of favortie albums. I can't believe all the Cheetos are gone!

This is a great song! I love the Cheetos line, and the one Kevbo quoted, too!

I think this used to be my favorite Al song a while ago. There's something truly sick, twisted, and hilarious about the whole situation and its insanity.

I really like this song. Polka Party should have done better.

this is a great song, and PP is way underrated. but wasn't it only a 10 song album................

(opens iTunes to check)

yeah, only 10. thats not really that much, could that be the cause of the less-than-par sales?

anyway, great song. it's one that actually makes me laugh out loud, no matter how often i listn to it!

I don't think only having 10 songs was Polka Party's downfall. I think the fact that parodies weren't all that strong is why it lacked in sales. It didn't have quite as notable of a lead parody as In 3-D and DTBS did. The real strengths on the album were the originals, and those rarely sell very well.

Some of the best albums I own have only 10 tracks.
