The instrumental in this song sounds a lot like the original.

hehe, I love this song, too. I have footage of Al singing it live. Big intro beforehand. Great, great stuff!

I think the big intro beforehand (the Hernia Rap) was what Bermuda adapted to fill time while Al changed costumes during that ill-starred Konocti concert last year. It was pretty funny. And it gave Bermuda a big speaking part, which was nice too.
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

Well, this big intro was from an older concert. With a horn section playing "stings" after each section of the big intro. When Al finally appeared, the crowd went wild! Al performed LWAH last year?

No, now when Jon does the Hernia Rap, it's generally an intro for "Fat." It gives Al time to eat all those jelly donuts.

Oh, ok. I was confused. I don't think they did that at my last show.
