I've always liked this song of Al's. Never one of my favorites, but always one that I'm happy when my iTunes' Party Shuffle lands on it.

One interesting fact about this song is that it is one of Al's that has a specific state in which it takes place. I won't say what it is for now, but if the board is stumped, I'll say what state it is later.

It's gotta be California.

Sorry, there is no other state even worthy of having a bad traffic song. Maybe New York, but since Al's from Cali....

That was my guess, too, Bob. Plus, he says he can still see his house in the song.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

Yeah, it does make a lot of sense that way.

But, the reason that confirms it is in Cali is that Cali is the only state in which motorcycles can drive in between the lanes during traffic.

Alas, I have seen motorcyclists do that here in Wisconsin.

It's up there on my favorite songs for Alapalooza. I know it's my mom's favorite song of Alapalooza.

Whenever a motorcycle zoomed by me, I always used to think of that line and imagined what would happen if I did open my door.
