Yes. And the guy is depressed because he lost the recipe to the cake, which is ruined.

Yes... yes it is...

"McCauther park is melting in the dark,
All the sweet green icing flowing down,
Someone left the cake out in the rain,
I don't think that I can take it
cause' it took so long to bake it,
and I'll never have that recipe again...

Oh no!

OH NOOOOOOO!!!!"

How do I know that... I scare myself
Oh snap!

I'm not comfortable in my comfort zone - it's poorly named.

Not just a cake, but a cake that was left out in the rain, with the recipe lost forever.

Judging by the song, I'm sure it was.

I think I mentioned this before elsewhere, but I sent Al a birthday card which referenced MacArthur Park. It had this entire lyric on the front:

Someone left the cake out in the rain
I don't think that I can take it
'Cause it took so long to bake it
And I'll never have that recipe again
Oh, no!

and the inside said something like "Only someone as old as you would get this". I just thought it was so perfect for him.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!
