I can see where you are coming from. I like the song personally, but Red Hot Chilli Peppers are kind of an aquired taste. You either love them or you don't.

The video is still pretty sweet though IMO :F
I like all animals...well except for monkeys, because they climb all over your face and slap you!

Been rewatching some of Al's videos recently. I've always wondered, is the opening of the video (with the girl in the gold dress dancing, before getting kicked off stage by Jim) referencing anything?

It was a reference to a tap dancing girl dressed as a bee in a Blind Melon music video from the same era as "Give it Away."

Oh yes, "No Rain" is a good song. Love the bee girl. I feel bad she gets poked in the face.

It's pretty funny and catchy. But Flea of RHCP didn't care for it as he found it "lyrically uncreative."
