Can you eat some sandwiches in the back seat of a plymouth belvedere......?
....... no.

Zappa's Billy the Mountain is a strange rambling story as well.

I'm a huge Frank Zappa fan. Take it from me, my AIM handle is ZappaFan27 (if that tells you anything about two of my favorite recording artists!). I totally saw similarities between Zappa's record "Overnite Sensation" and "Genius In France". I'm fairly certain that was supposed to be a style parody, as well.

Yeah, I think it says that on one of the Weird Al sites under "Confirmed by Al".
I'm also a huge FZ fan, but my mother isn't, and now all I have to remember him by is "GiF". And that's my sob story.

I know. And what makes it suck even worse is the fact that I had some pretty rare stuff, so I can't just go to Borders and buy it again.
Then she turns around and is a huge Kevin Smith fan. Like he's any cleaner. (She says she doesn't like FZ because he's "dirty and has a bad attitude.")
Now, I like Kevin Smith as much as your average teenager, but I think FZ was a greater man.

I'd prefer Frank Zappa then Kevin Smith... And find it even WEIRDER, is that I come from a Prince/ Kevin Smith fan family. Yikes! :o But to make this partly on topic, I see a similarity between GiF with Frank Zappa, but nothing in Albuquerque...

This is a dumb topic. What's the point? :)

By the way, I apologize for unloading my teen angst and personal troubles on you.

i'm a huge zappa fan too!! TENGO NA MINCHIA TANTA!!
Anyway...i don't think"Albuquerque" is colse to zappa's style... maybe could remember "The adventures of greggery peccary"!! But in "Genius in France"there are lots of zappa's elements... for example the laugh at the beginig, The "GREAT GOOGLY-MOOGLY".......there are lots of zappa's stuff.....all do very well
