I just like the way his voice sounds in it, but yes I'm a HUGE fan. :D

I might be able to put it into words, Annie! :D

It could be the overall mood of it, and the strange, bizarre magic that happens when Al combines the style of an artist very, very unlike himself, and converts, remixes, and refries it into his own musical expression.

He took Trent Reznor's paranoia and darkness, and twisted it so that it's borderline ridiculous paranoia and obsession--
And the way he sings it to fit the mood of a typical Nine Inch Nails kind of song-- he has to lower his voice, soften it, add that touch of nervousness and vulnerability to it that Reznor had in songs like Terrible Lie.

We rarely hear Al's voice like that. So, to us...it's definitely an experience, to see- or hear- what he can do when he's out of his element. c:

......at least that's how I see it.

I'm just gonna go bump this thread again because I can and because nobody is really on here so I can kinda just talk about things

Al is so sexy doing this song live, like I just can't get over it. The armpit hair, his costume, AHHHH everything!!!! :inlove:

Unpopular opinion-I like the song, but I don't find it as "sexy" as everyone else does. I like his outfit for the live version but...that's about it. It's an alright song.

Though Crispy-Gypsy's drawing of Al in his "Germs" outfit does him a lot of justice. ^_^

I fully expect Al to be belting out this tune surrounded with plexiglass when he eventually (hopefully) goes back on tour

(and to a lesser extent She Never Told Me She Was A Mime)
