I actually do like this song.

My favorite line is probably the one about "A Special All Pig-Latin of Drew Carey."

For some reason, a chuckle every time.

I have just realised that I can't tell whether this song is supposed to be pro-TV or anti-TV.

:^)

I think there is a little message in there about putting limits on your tv watching. This person is obsessed with television, which is not always a good thing.

I just like the song. I also like the "Hey there's Luke Perry on a special all Pig-Latin episode of Drew Carey" lol

I'm just sad that Al hasn't mentioned the X-Files yet in a TV parody.

Topic revival!

I've brought this song back into focus because while rewatching Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 7 the other day, at one point a character mentioned the oeuvre of Mr. Rob Schneider while discussing pop culture in typical Whedon fashion. This is notable because the episode, "Bring On The Night" aired on December 17, 2002, while "Lose Yourself" was still No. 1 and five months before Poodle Hat's release. It's probably just a coincidence, but I thought it was worth pointing out.

We love coincidences. Except that in our minds, they never are coincidences.
