You know, I was wondering where Donnie Osmond appeared in the video, and then I decided to just look him up on Wikipedia so that I could see what he actually looks like, and I had thought that guy was the actor who played Spike in the first episode of The Weird Al Show.

Donny Osmond looks nothing like Spike from TWAS, aka Kevin Weisman.
