Does anyone know why Steve cancelled his Facebook page? It just disappeared one day, about a month ago. :o
I wonder if he was getting too much junk posted on his wall, or in his inbox...

No idea why, but judging by some of the idiocy that showed up in Al's comment threads.... yeeuch.

I could just as well have put this in the Jim West thread, but if you scroll down this guy's musical resume, down to 1972 or so, you'll find some interesting stuff about one of Steve & Jim's early bands. http://www.livingdrum.com/aboutus.htm

Where did they live before moving to LA? Jim and Steve should reunite Mythril the same way Tom Petty reunited Mudcrutch a few years ago.

They were in Florida. It does sound like it was an interesting band.

I was thinking that it might be hard to recreate Mythril if their old professor was unavailable, but apparently he's recently retired and still active: http://www.hiltonkeanjones.com/ So we've got guitar (Jim), bass (Steve), drums (KD) and keyboards (Hilton Jones). Good to go, I think. Who wants to talk Jim & Steve into making this happen? :sly:
