Who knows? mystery solved? or... mystery deepens?
Anyway, it made me giggle.
I've never seen Jim's year of birth mentioned anywhere, either. In fact, last year I chatted on MySpace with one of Jim's very close friends who said that Jim NEVER tells his age! I am very surprised that he would have allowed that to be printed, when he has made a deliberate effort to keep it a secret for so long.
I think Jim looks great, no matter what his age...and I don't consider 59 to be "old!"

I don't think his age puts any kind of "old" label on him, especially when he can still rock out the way he does.
Besides, anyone born on December 18th is automatically awesome in my book.

I asked Jim and he says that the year in that article is wrong...but he didn't offer a correction! He's a sly one!
I'm gonna guess he was born in 1952, which would make him 56 right now.
