Not sure how long this has been up there, because it's buried about halfway down the latest news page, but there's a new book of lyrics and musings by Steve Jay.

Ever try to read some of the stuff Steve has written before? You better keep the dictionary close by. :P

can't wait to get the book, and can't wait to get this CD!!

Posted below the news of Steve's book:
STEVE'S NEW SOLO CD!
Steve's new CD, Physical Answer is now available at www.stephenjay.com. This pre-release offer is available only from www.stephenjay.com. Physical Answer will be officially released through CD Baby, Apple I-Tunes, Amazon, and other outlets on September 19, 2008.
Very cool of him to have it available to fans before it's on Amazon, etc. 8)
I'm not comfortable in my comfort zone - it's poorly named.

Ruben will be performing this coming Thursday at Whiskey a Go Go in Los Angeles.
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

Jim's "Kimo's Hawaiian Slack Key Christmas" is now available.. and it's awesome, seriously. Anyone who cringes at the cheesiness of a lot of Christmas music will find here lots of familiar tunes but treated so differently that it doesn't matter anymore that they're Christmas music at all. They're just great music.
Just the thing to bring some tropical style into the middle of winter.
Yeah, get it

... and if you didn't know already, Steves *brilliant* book of "silent songs"
"ADJACENT POSSIBLE" is now available. It comprises lyrics from his various albums and some from unreleased work.
If you truly appreciate the walking enigma that is Steve Jay, then this is definitely for you.

The new song from Al's Band is almost finished!

Although the band's first song met with mixed reviews, this next song is going to please everyone. It's a complete 180° from "Al's Band", and features Jim's excellent guitar, steel, and ukulele skills. A pretty and compelling song... we hope it'll get us to Hawaii!

Stay tuned to www.alsband.net for more details!
