I do tend to make my characters very far fetched. Even if it is fan fic, you're right, it is pretty wild behavior for Jim and Steve - hopefully they won't mind

I didn't mind the OCC at all, I thought you played on them nicely (ok, that sounded weird but you know what I mean I hope) I'm sure Jim and Steve get along great in real life, and that wouldn't be to funny would it
