My guess is that if a bunch of Al fans were to show up who actually wanted to know about "Blues Story" or about the blues in general, Jay would be quite pleased. I got the impression when he signed my copy of "Blues Story" that all it would take would be one or two fairly well-informed questions to really uncork him. Conversationally speaking. :P

I'm really hoping that the people who go are going because the also happen to be Jay Levey fans.

Jay Levey Uncorked. That would be fun to see. Conversationally speaking, of course.

Oh, I know what I said.

Take a person dressed in normal casual clothes and another dressed in a Hawaiian shirt, an undershirt with a computer-themed rapper on it, and Vans, and you tell me which person looks more "dressed up." :)

Especially if they're fans of his most recent work. We hope he doesn't get asked to do any Gandhi impressions. :P

I might be able to use this day as one of my college visit days! I want to look at Columbia anyway, and my Dad said maybe we could also look at Ohio State. So, there's a chance I might be going!!
