Right, which is why we're asking if it's being looked into, or if it's 100% set in stone. Also, consider that Pledge is just part of pre-ordering, and it will be officially released by Al's label (AFAIK.)

Not exactly. Look what they said:

We'll definitely pass this along to the label.

Italics added for emphasis. This means it's still possible they will change their mind. Especially if pressure is put on the label, and even more so if the artist himself asks for it.
