No, the follow-up line to "Mamma Mia" is "I'd kiss you even after you've had.....", and I believe Al's intent is that the listener thinks he's going to say "diarrhea" (because it rhymes), but then he says "...omelets for breakfast." (A total non-sequitur.)

So I guess that's really only a bathroom joke if your mind goes in that direction, which probably says more about me than Al.

The fakeout is that you're expecting the next line after Mamma Mia to end with diarrhea...but then he starts talking about omelets!

EDIT: Oops, mrmeadows beat me to it!
Stupid slow typing on my phone... <_<

I find them funny. And while he has a range in audience from five to people in their 50's, I noticed a lot of kids at concerts. And he did mention MAD Magazine as a reference point of influence and such, which features potty humor. With a name having WEIRD in the title, odd lyrics should be expected.

The only one that I thought was odd was the "butt-crack" line. I think it is just supposed to be so outstandingly bizarre and weird. (i.e. who would really do that?)

You guys are forgetting about the obvious piece of bathroom humor:
Stop Forwarding That Crap To Me ;)

A literal version would've been worth the bathroom humor. :P

I didn't forget about it...I did think about including it in my list but decided against it. The term "crap" isn't mean literally here.

Al needs poop and toilet humor to make up for the lack of sexual humor.

My probably wrong theory:

Al's daughter is going on seven or eight now, right? I'd say she's Al's biggest fan, and Al wants her to like what he does, so he's just reverting back to being a kid. He tweeted a few weeks ago that he was in the car with his daughter, playing Alpocalypse, and she was singing along. #ProudDad or something like that.

Like Quab says, he needs something to make up for his lack of sexual humor. Al's always been family-oriented, and in the list of words you can put in front of humor, toilet beats out sexual, racist, and, worst of all, punny.
