Does anyone notice how big Al's head is in proportion to his body? If not big, just...off. Like someone Photoshopped his head to a completely different person. I don't know. I may just be crazy. Final exams does that to you.

Here's a question. Since this shot was clearly taken the same time as the "Nightmare on Elm Street" parody trailer, and in that trailer Al was using parts to build an accordion, could this wheel thing be a part he's using to build something else? Another instrument? Any ideas?

There was an Ask Al where someone asked him about hats. Actually could have been in FAQ, where it's said Al rarely wears hats because he has an abnormally large head
